March 6, 2010 = Deadline for $3,000 scholarship  application for Racine County,WI woman entering the first or second semester of her junior year at a 4-year accredited, degree-granting institution and the $1,000 scholarship application for a Racine County, WI woman entering the 3rd or 4th semester at a 2-year accredited institution.
