Must be female and legal resident of Racine County, Wisconsin

·         Must be enrolled in a four-year accredited, degree-granting institution as a full-time student (12 or more credit hours per semester).

·         As of fall semester, 2008, applicants must be enrolled as either first or second semester juniors.

·         Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.

·         Must be enrolled in a two-year accredited institution.

·         As of fall semester, 2008, applicants must be enrolled in their 3^rd or 4^th semester.

·         Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.
