The Progress in Equity Award…
Recognizes college and university programs that demonstrate significant progress toward equity for women on campus and in the community. A cash award of up to $10,000 is granted for continuation of the program.

LAF’s Speaking Out for Justice Award recognizes a nationally prominent individual who has advocated change on behalf of women and girls. A $5,000 honorarium accompanies the award.

In support of LAF, the Racine Branch annually raises funds through a special meeting and from a basket-building party – the baskets being raffled off at the AAUW state convention.
